RMM Labs Ltd is a Bulgarian software company on a mission to make remote monitoring and management open, affordable and trustworthy.
Our story
RMM Labs was founded in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2026 by a group of MSP veterans and open-source contributors who were tired of the RMM industry's status quo: opaque pricing, multi-year contracts, closed agents running with SYSTEM privileges on millions of machines — and vendors that treated MSPs as captive customers.
We took inspiration from projects like Zabbix and Sentry, which proved that transparent, source-available infrastructure software can be commercially sustainable. Xcellerate RMM follows the same philosophy: the complete platform is free to run and its source is public, and we earn our keep with managed hosting, enterprise support and professional services.
Today Xcellerate RMM is used to manage thousands of endpoints for MSPs and IT departments across Europe — and every line of the core is still public.
